Foxella is the ultimate platform for dance enthusiasts. Share your moves, discover inspiring performances, and connect with a vibrant community of dancers from around the globe. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, Foxella makes it easy to express yourself and find your rhythm.
3) Accounts and Security
- You may need an account to use some features.
- You agree to provide accurate information (name/username/email) and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4) Your Content and Permissions
"User Content" means content you submit, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, such as videos, photos, text, comments, and messages.
- Ownership: you retain ownership of your User Content.
- License to operate the Service: you grant Foxella a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical formatting), process, and display your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to provide features you choose to use.
- Sharing choices: you control what you share and with whom.
- Responsibility: you are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the necessary rights to submit it.
5) Optional Uploads and One-Time Processing (including AI-assisted processing)
Some features may allow you to upload images or text for one-time server-side processing (including AI-assisted processing) on servers controlled by Foxella Team, for example to generate or transform content you request.
- Control: you decide whether to upload and whether to generate output.
- No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not use photos for facial recognition or biometric identification.
- No third-party sharing for these uploads: we do not share uploaded images/text used for this one-time processing with any third party (including third-party AI model providers).
- Deletion: uploaded inputs are intended to be deleted promptly after the processing job completes (or if it fails).
- No training / marketing: we do not use these uploads for advertising/marketing or model training.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe others’ rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights).
- Upload or share content that is illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including malware or denial-of-service attacks).
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
- Use the Service in a way that could harm Foxella, users, or the public.
7) Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by Foxella Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
8) Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.
9) Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (for example, operating system services). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10) App Store Additional Terms (Apple)
If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the Service.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service (including product liability, failure to conform to applicable legal requirements, and consumer protection claims).
- In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the Service; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
- Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11) Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxella Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxella Team’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Foxella Team for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you paid nothing, 50 USD).
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxella Team and its team members from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to comply with law or protect the Service or users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the Effective Date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Foxella Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
17) Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exception: either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.
18) Miscellaneous
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver: failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
- Entire agreement: these Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
